Set of 2 "Trieste" chairs by Aldo Jacober for Bazzani Italia
 
Superb and very rare first series Trieste chairs in wood and Vienna straw, designed by Aldo Jacober and Pierangela D'Aniello in the 1950s for Bazzani Italia.
The chairs are in perfect condition despite being almost 70 years old.
This is the chair that inspired the two designers to produce a more captivating and space age version in the 60s, currently on permanent display at the MOMA: https://www.moma.org/collection/works/4570?locale=en
